Its wave-like introduction sets a tranquil tone, while shifting tempos and dynamics guide listeners through serene, tender, and passionate moments—echoing the pulse of a city at night. Adapted from the composer’s Chinese orchestral work Nocturne to the Victoria Harbour, it captures the spirit of Hong Kong’s nocturnal landscape.
